His entrepreneurial journey began in his early twenties with his first real estate venture. Since then, Brian has successfully owned and operated multiple companies across a diverse range of industries. Today, in addition to leading WON Strategy, he manages a portfolio of real estate investment companies, bringing real-world, current market expertise to the table.
What sets Brian apart as a strategist is his foundational background as a school psychologist. Holding a C.A.G.S. in School Psychology from Rhode Island College, he possesses a deep understanding of human behavior, motivation, and organizational dynamics—the exact elements that drive successful business cultures and client relationships.
Brian channels this passion for development into the classroom as a Professor at the University of Connecticut (UCONN), where he teaches business and entrepreneurial courses within the Agricultural and Resource Economics Department, shaping the next generation of innovators.
Brian’s leadership style is forged by a commitment to service and family. He is a proud Veteran and a dedicated “modern father”—a journey that inspired him to author the book, “Paint By Numbers: The Art of Fatherhood.”
